The release date of Left 4 Dead a survival zombie game has been delayed a couple weeks. The game will now be released on November 20, 2008.

Hudson makers of Bomberman have announced today that Bomberman will be coming to the Nintendo Wiiware section in the future. The game will have team or solo 8 player online battles! Miis will also be able to get blown up (yay).

November; The biggest month in Gaming Activities?

Starting this November you'll be able to download the new fall dashboard which has been highly anticipated. Also, in November the GTA4 DLC will be released with 15 more hours of gameplay on the DLC! This is the official post of the GameOn Network Tournament Rules and Signups.

Rules:
1. No cheating or abusing glitches.
2. Do not kill the cameras in each game, in Halo 3's case the oracle.
3. Don't talk inappropriately towards others (cursing, your momma jokes, etc.).
3. Failure to comply with rules 1-3 will result in disqualification.
4. Brackets will be set up randomly from a drawing and use the Chingy Brackets v1.0.
5. All games will be played by a deathmatch (you vs. everyone else).

THE GAMES: Will be Call of Duty 4, Grand Theft Auto 4, and Halo 3 all for the Xbox 360.

-Groups of 6 will be considered 1 bracket
-The top 3 people with the most points in Call of Duty 4, the most money in Grand Theft Auto 4, and the most kills in Halo 3 will move onto the next round.

Gears of War 2 DLC in Works

Downloadable content is already in the works for Gears of War 2! In a recent interview with Joystiq Cliff Bleszinski confirmed "multiplayer map" DLC coming for the game! Wow, the game hasn't even came out and Epic is on the job!

LBP Region Locked :( UPDATE: IT ISN'T REGION LOCKED!!

Yes, you have heard right. Little Big Planet one of the highly-anticipated Ps3 games coming out is region locked. Region locked is basically when each region has its own server to play the game. So, us American's will be blocked from Japan levels and Japan will be blocked from American made levels. This is very bad news for the game and Sony fans. UPDATE: The speaker from sony made a mistake it is NOT region locked.

Demo Days: Will the Force convince you to buy the full game?

Many days ago, The Star Wars: The Force Unleashed demo was released. Coming into this game I was thinking that this would be a hack and slash and a boring game. What I came upon was a short but sweet demo. You play as Darth Vadar's secret apprentice and are forced to kill all of the remaining Jedi. The controls are easy; A to jump, X to use your lightsaber, B to use your force push, and Y to send lightning from your hands. Along with those you can use the force to pick up things with the right trigger and send them forward or side to side. There are upgrades to powers in the demo and more upgrades to soon be available when the game is released. Also, combos in this game are very easy and fun to pull off. Use the force to grab a guy and press X to send the lightsaber into his chest for some fun! At the end of the demo you face a mini boss. After you get the encasing off the walker you're able to pull of a God of War-like button combo for some cinematics. Lucasarts seems to have outdone themselves this time! Pick the demo up for Xbox 360 or Ps3 and look for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed to be out September 16!

Killzone 2 has Bots and More!

According to kotaku: Designer Eric Boltjes confirmed that Killzone 2 would indeed be featuring AI bots to help fill out online matches while allowing those who prefer the offline multiplayer experience someone fake to play with. Bots in Killzone 2 will actively try to react how a player would react, able to use all abilities, weapons, and participate in all mission types. In addition after game release, vehicles and co-op will be put into the game!

Team Fortress 2 Update Coming for the 360

Later this year 360 owners will be treated with a Team Fortress 2 download which will entitle the buyer class-specific Achievements, new unlockable weapons for the Pyro, Medic, and Heavy, new gameplay modes and new maps. Nothing is planned for the PS3 and no price has been announced.

Far Cry 2 Map Editor

A recent post on kotaku gave details of the console versions of Far Cry 2. Supposedly it's very easy to create a map which is the good news. The bad news is that the graphics aren't up to par with the PC version. Oh well, at least maps will be easy to make!

Xbox 360 Price Cut?

According to this Radio Shack advertisement the Xbox 360 will be getting it's awaited price cuts! The Arcade version will go down to $199, the 60GB Pro to $299 and the 120GB Elite to $399. An xbox 360 cheaper than a wii? Interesting!

New PSP and PS3 on its way!

Earlier this week there was an announcement at the Games Convention press meeting regarding the Sony PSP and PS3 getting and upgrade. The new PSP-3000 which is shipping this fall features a built-in microphone, a new, brighter LCD screen and Skype! Also the PS3 will be receiving a 160 GB hardrive model! Sadly, for you Austrailians you will not be getting the new PS3 :(

Breaking News: EA and Epic Sign Publishing Deal

Destructoid.com has just broken a HUGE story that EA and Epic has signed a deal to produce future games. Here's a part of the destructoid story:

Big business! The world's largest games publisher signs a deal with the makers of Unreal and Gears of War, the next in a lineup of awesome devs under the EA Partners belt.

What's the mystery title? Who knows, but it going to Epic's "next big IP on the global stage," according to Epic's Mark Rein. We know that it's currently being developed by Epic's People Can Fly studio in Poland, and will eventually be released for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC.

Castle Crashers=15 Dollars

Castle Crashers is coming to the 360! Wait, people aren't talking about the game but it's price tag?! Well, originally Castle Crashers was supposed be 1800 microsoft points or $22.50. However, recent reports have confirmed that Castle Crashers will be 1200 or $15.00. With Braid and Castle Crashers costing 15 dollars does this mean that the arcade games will start rising in price? It's an interesting question seeing as this may be become a fad with the arcade games. What do you think?

Demo Days: Bionic Commando: Rearmed Grapples Your Love?

Each week comes a new demo for everyone to try out. This week it's Bionic Commando: Rearmed. This version of Bionic Commando is a remake of the original game that captured people's hearts. In the demo there was the following: A tutorial, single player, and challenge room. The tutorial helps you greatly as the controls of this game are very different from other games which is a flaw. Most people to fire weapons use the right trigger but in this case you press the A button which is usually jump. B button shoots your mechanical arm to get you around since you can't jump in this game. The demo leaves you on a cliffhanger expecting you to buy the game which is a possibility for fans of the series. Moving along to the final mode of BC; the Challenge Rooms. This I have to say is the best part of the game as it offers a variety of challenges and high scores for your friends to compete in. In the end the online co-op is a nice addition too but this demo fell short of my expectations. Look on the bright side it's 800 MS points unlike Braid. Fans will appreciate this upgrade more then the newbies in the end.

Demo Days: Today is Braid Day

Last night I checked out the demo for the new Xbox Live Arcade, Braid. To start off in the start I was already angry at this game due to the long download time I had to wait through. My problem? Don't think so but maybe. However, when the download was complete I was treated to a very good demo of this game. To start things off I'll introduce you to the story. Basically you play a guy named Tim. Tim just broke up with his girlfriend, whom is a princess. They break up and the princess is taken by some monsters and of course it's your job to save her. Right from the start of the first level I had found something cool. As you read through the story books will pop up in front of you and as you walk by them the story is read. Braid, is also a very big puzzle game as you can reverse time to fix your mistakes. As you go through you'll collect keys and puzzle pieces which unlock more of the game piece by piece. The music and graphics are pretty good for an xbox live arcade game too. The only bad part of this game is that the full version costs 1200 microsoft points or 15 dollars US. In the end the demo was great and seems like a great game for puzzle fans alike.

GTA IV Coming to the PC

Finally, confirmation for the PC version of GTA IV has been given. On November 18 in the US GTA IV will be available for the PC with a few extras. A painstakingly detailed and life-like city for players to explore; a rich, immersive narrative experience; an original soundtrack highlighting the cultural eclecticism of Liberty City; and newly expanded multiplayer just for the PC.

The Force to be Unleashed on Iphone

Yes, you've heard it Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will be on the Iphone. The game uses finger strokes to control your force powers and it of course looks washed-down. Not a lot of info has been released about it though.

Warhawk Trophies Coming Soon

Reader Simon wrote in to us this weekend to let us know that he'd received an e-mail, one targeted at "subscribers to the MS download email service", that listed Halo 3 as one of the downloadable demos that take advantage of DirectX. Geometry Wars 2

Personally, I thought N+ was going to be the best game on Xbox Live Arcade for forever. Little did I know, Geometry Wars 2 has the firepower to dethrone N+. Seriously if you haven't tried the demo, then try it. You'll end up buying the final version though and possibly become addicted.

Yes, finally after a decade at work Too Human has gone golden. For those who don't know what "Going Golden" means, it basically will be released on time. On August 19 Too Human will be released. The demo that you can download for free on Xbox Live has gone over 900,000 downloads. Will the game be as successful as the demo? We shall see.
